The Lancashire Heeler Club - Companion Dog Show to be held under Kennel Club Regulations in aid of Ridgewell Community School (Special Needs)
Sunday 3rd July, 2011
Venue: The New Showground, Off Harwood Lane, Great Harwood nr Accrington, Lancashire. BB6 7TB
The Committee would like to thank everyone who helped make this a great day especially Great Harwood Show Committee, Mr Barry Allison for organising the event, Judges Kevin and Janet and our new Secretary Brian who stewarded. It was a lovely day with a nice friendly atmosphere and good selection of dogs and well attended and we thank everyone for supporting us. There was a good raffle, the club stall did very well and the old fashioned ice cream stall with tables and chairs and the gentleman dressed in thirties costume this went down a bomb as it was a hot day.. A stall with all doggy items on it, beds and leads etc., the cake stall and the pie stall all did well, this event should go from strength to strength
